Owner, ACMG Hiking Guide, Wilderness First Aid Responder

Danny was born with a passion for the outdoors, and nurtured it growing up camping, hiking, biking and skiing the mountains of interior British Columbia and Western Alberta. He always knew a nine-to-five was not for him, and that his calling was to build a life working with people in the outdoors.

After graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Danny pursued this dream by moving west to Banff, Vancouver, Vancouver Island, and eventually settled in Kimberley, BC where he met Talia and made his dream a reality by starting BCA Tours. Danny has never been known to sit still, he is happiest in the quiet of the wilderness, and loves hiking, snowboarding and mountain biking!

Danny is the man with the plan; the brains behind the operation, and lead guide on the trail.

Talia was born and raised in the mountain town of Kimberley, BC. Having lived in the mountains her whole life, Talia is most herself when she is skiing, hiking, running, biking and exploring outside.

After graduating high school Talia followed her passion for the outdoors and healthy living by studying Tourism Management, as well as Holistic Nutrition.

Talia puts her broad education to good use between planning, guiding, and creating meals for the guests of BCA Tours.

Danny and Talia were married in 2016 and are a team in every sense of the word – at home, and in the ‘office’!
